Cyntia holds a Master's degree in Sustainability from POLI-USP, a degree in Production Engineering from UNESP, and an Executive MBA from FGV. With specializations from the University of Cambridge and IBGC, she has over 15 years of experience in sustainability and governance strategies, strengthening practices and generating value for shareholders and stakeholders. Currently, she leads ESG, Communication, and Social Impact at C&A. She is a member of ESG committees, a guest professor in Master's and Doctoral programs, and a mentor to women entrepreneurs.
