Cris Falcão is the president of Virgin Music Group in Brazil and Portugal. In January 2020, she was chosen to lead the expansion of Ingrooves in Brazil. This expansion began with the signing of a contract with GR6, the largest funk record label in the country, whose roster of artists frequently tops the Brazilian music charts. Currently, the client list includes more than 200 independent labels, including artists such as Henrique e Juliano, ANAVITORIA (F/Simas), Claudia Leitte, Chico da Tina, Thiaguinho, and Criolo, among others.

Falcão graduated in Economics and later added an MBA in Marketing to her academic journey.
