Cleo is a TEDx Speaker, currently serving as Managing Partner at Escola de Negócios da Favela and CEO of Data Favela, companies that work respectively with education and research in favela territories and urban communities throughout Brazil. Cleo is also responsible for the curation process of entrepreneurial talents, mentors and investors at Expo Favela Innovation Brasil.
With a postgraduate degree in strategic management and sustainability from FIA and currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Social Urbanism at Insper, the professional uses her expertise to address topics such as futurism, favela, startups, diversity, entrepreneurship and ESG.
