Ancestral and Artificial Intelligence to Build the Future of Work
As Artificial Intelligence redefines the way we work, innovate and make decisions, it becomes increasingly clear that the competitive advantage will lie not only in technology, but in the human capacity to use it with purpose. In this panel, leaders will discuss how to combine ancestral intelligence, built through experience, ethics, intuition and long-term vision with the potential of Artificial Intelligence to create more innovative, resilient organizations prepared for the challenges of the future of work. *Sponsored Session Singularity Brazil
The Mathematics of Time: What AI Can (and Cannot) Give Back to You
The promise that "we all have the same 24 hours" ignores the weight of mental exhaustion in modern life — and Artificial Intelligence arrives as a possible equalizer of this equation. But does automating tasks really free up time for what matters, or does it only create space to fill it with more work? This session discusses how to use AI to take over the ordinary and repetitive without falling into the trap of turning free time into more disguised productivity — and how leaders and creatives can redesign their own routines so that technology serves well-being, not the other way around.
