Charles Gavin
Charles Gavin (09/07/1960, São Paulo, SP) is a musician. He studied business administration at PUC SP. He joined Titãs in 1985, where he remained until 2010. Gavin has carried out projects to rescue important Brazilian musical works, re-released on CD.
Other projects that Gavin produced: Mundo Livre S/A - “Samba Esquema Noise” (1994); Tom Zé / “O Pirulito da Ciência” (2009) and Marcos Valle & Stacey Kent / “Live at Birdland”.
From 2007 to 2023, he presented and co-directed O Som Do Vinil, a Canal Brasil program that portrayed the production of classic Brazilian music albums. Currently, Gavin is part of the panel of debaters on Redação SporTV. He is a member of the bands POP3 and Sete Cabeças.
