Carolina Sevciuc
Carolina Sevciuc has been VP of Strategy and Digital Transformation at PepsiCo Brazil since 2022, leading digitalization and AI implementation at the company. Under her management, PepsiCo achieved 1st place in the Food, Beverages and Ingredients sector at the Valor Inovação Brasil Award 2026. She implemented PepsiCo Labs in Brazil. An engineer with MBAs from FGV, Unicamp and Kellogg (Northwestern), she was named Innovation Professional of the Year at the Caboré Award, Innovative Leader of the Year by CONAREC, and was included in Época Negócios' list of 100 Innovative Women in Brazil. She has an international career with experience in France, London and Switzerland.
