Scary Movie: Fashion Imagery in the AI World
It has never been so easy to produce images. It has never been so difficult to guarantee their authorship. At this panel, Bruna Bismara and Iago Cruz, digital artists, join Hellen Albuquerque, Creative Development Manager at Getty Images, to discuss how artificial intelligence is transforming the creation, circulation and protection of images in the digital environment. Moderated by journalist André Aloi, from Harper's Bazaar Men, the meeting addresses the challenges of producing authorial work in a scenario flooded with synthetic images, the role of platforms in valuing creators and how initiatives like Getty Images have been developing mechanisms to protect copyright, licensing and attribution in an increasingly automated ecosystem. A debate about creativity, authorship and the new challenges of the image economy in the era of artificial intelligence.
