Brenda Maia
Brenda Maia holds a degree in Computer Science and is the founder and CEO of Eagle Agência (a Live Marketing agency) and FlyHigh, a recently launched travel agency providing logistical support for flights, accommodation, etc. for corporate and incentive events (corporate business travel). She has over 28 years of experience in the trade marketing, technology, and events markets. She founded the agency in 2020, during the pandemic, after a career as an executive at major companies such as Cielo and Santander.

In this panel, we will talk about a feeling that many women know well: being in constant motion and still feeling a persistent, deep, and hard-to-explain tiredness. More than talking about exhaustion, the proposal is to understand the causes of this wear and tear, reflect on the way we live today, and discuss paths to build a routine with more energy, presence, and balance.
