Graduated in Journalism from the Catholic University of Pernambuco in 1994, Bianka worked in print media and radio, but her main experience is in television. She joined TV Globo in September 2000. She reports and does live broadcasts for local and national news programs. Since 2022, she has also been part of the Globo Repórter team. She has received several awards in Human Rights. She holds the title of Child-Friendly Journalist, received in Brasília. She has a postgraduate degree in Technology, Innovation and Intelligence from Cesar School, in Human Rights, Social Responsibility and Global Citizenship from PUC-RS, an MBA in Marketing and Social Media and a postgraduate degree in Political Science.
