Bianca
Born and raised in Complexo da Maré, Rio de Janeiro, Bianca Andrade showed an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. Before the internet, she already ran a party catering business with her mother. In 2011, she created a makeup channel on YouTube that made her one of the pioneers among beauty influencers in Brazil. Her success led to the creation of Boca Rosa, initially in partnership with Payot, established as one of the biggest cases in the sector. In 2024, she launched her makeup brand independently, reinforcing her role as a businesswoman. Today, she leads Boca Rosa Company and inspires millions by transforming creativity, authenticity and business vision into a high-impact brand.
