Beta Boechat is a host and content creator, recognized for her work on themes such as body, gender, diversity, self-esteem and inclusion. Graduated in Advertising, she has been working on the internet for over ten years and is one of the founders of Movimento Corpo Livre, Brazil's largest platform on body diversity, dedicated to amplifying narratives about self-esteem, fatphobia and mental health. With over 500 thousand followers on social media, she debuted on television in 2025 as host of DiaTV, on the program 'Pra Variar'. Currently, she leads the morning show 'Todo Dia com Beta Boechat', combining entertainment, behavior and reflection.
