Ângela Assis
Está à frente da Brasilprev desde novembro de 2020, sendo a primeira mulher a ocupar o cargo de presidente em uma empresa coligada ao Banco do Brasil. Graduada em Relações Internacionais pela UnB, com especializações em Administração de Recursos Humanos (FGV) e Liderança Estratégica (Inepad/Unisinos), iniciou sua carreira no Banco do Brasil em 1992, onde passou por diversas áreas.
Em 2013, assumiu a diretoria na BB Seguros e, em 2017, tornou-se diretora Comercial e de Marketing da Brasilprev. Lidera iniciativas de sustentabilidade e diversidade, com metas claras para 2026 envolvendo mulheres em cargos de liderança e inclusão racial, além de fomentar a educação financeira.
A executiva aponta duas grandes tendências que devem definir a estratégia da Brasilprev em 2026: o uso intensivo de inteligência artificial ao longo de toda a cadeia de valor e a consolidação de experiências digitais completas, fluidas e altamente personalizadas, capazes de ampliar a fidelização da base atual e atrair novos públicos.
