Co-founder of Sincroniza Educação, holds a Master's in Education from Teachers College (Columbia University) and a postgraduate degree in Education Management in the New Millennium. Since 2014, she has been working on implementing educational products and technologies in education districts and schools, as well as training educators and school leaders.

Winner of the Columbia EdTech Design Challenge 2018, when she developed a proposal for an edtech to support inclusive education in Brazil. She is the technical reviewer of the book "Differentiated Instruction Made Practical: Engaging the Extremes through Classroom Routines," and has been working since 2021 on implementing this methodology.
